The soft hues of nightfall encompasses the temple as the day starts to come to an end. The colors streak across the sky as Delrina walks towards the temple.

She stops as she catches a glimpse of a figure standing beside the grand window.

"Leti?" She questions as she walks closer to him.

Leti continues to look through the window lost in thought. He does not even hear her sneaking up behind him and looking over his shoulder through the tinted glass.

She can not help but grin as she sees the object of his admiration, Ava. She glances at Ava sitting in the room engrossed in her studies and looks back at Leti's soft cerulean eyes.

"You like her-" she whispers as Leti jumps in response.

"What?" He cries as he turns to see her. "Rina! Must you sneak up on everyone?"

"You are changing the subject at hand," she pouts as she notices a faint blush creeping up his face. "You like her- I knew it!"

"Rina, please-" he whispers harshly as he crosses to her and escorts her away from the window.

"Leti!" She cries as they come to the beginning of the garden maze. "You must tell her-"

"I can not," he sighs as he turns away from her and disappears into the maze.

"Why not?" She calls after him as she follows him deeper into the maze.

"Why not?" He repeats and stops in his tracks. "She is to be our queen-"

"So?" Rina rolls her eyes in response. "She is not our queen, yet."

"It is out of the question. Zan-"

"Zan?" She repeats. "I thought you hated Zan-"

"I do. I did-" Leti sighs. "I do not know."

"He is coming tonight-"

Leti nods as he gazes up at to the sky, his emotions running rampant. "Is he?" He whispers as he thoughts travel back to the night that changed his life.

"What happened?" She inquires as she studies the anguish look on his face. "I have heard so many things-"

"We were at Tavi's peak," Leti sighs as he closed his eyes recalling the night with vivid clarity. "I can still feel the soft sand at my toes, the soft breeze against my body. It was a beautiful night-"

"We?" Delrina questions as he opens his eyes and looks towards her.

"Everyone of royal blood was there that night-" He replies with tears in his eyes. "The royal family of Rains was to announce the engagement of his son Zan to Khlyla de Trowns. Also known as Lyla, my
sister-"

"Your twin sister-" Delrina adds as Leti shakes his head.

"Not exactly," Leti explains. "I share my birth with my sister Lyla and my brother Khivar-"

"The Trown Triplets?!" Delrina squeals. "Oh, my-" She pauses as she gazes at Leti. "You are Khyleti."

"Yes-"

"You are one of the legendary keys of Antar!"

"Shh-" Leti groans as Delrina tries to hide her excitement.

"It is rumored that the triplets or rather the keys of Antar, will posses more power then the high priest himself!"

"It is only a legend-"

"Only a legend?" She gasps as she rolls her eyes. "There will come a time when the chosen family will be blessed with triplets. Their power will rival all that have come before them. The first born will
be blessed with the powers to lead a nation, the second born will be the love and heart of our land, and the third will- the third will-" Delrina stops and looks towards Leti.

"It does not matter-" Leti grumbles. "I am certainly no ruler and Lyla is no longer the heart of our land. It is null and void. It was only a legend, nothing more-"

"Leti!" She sighs as she crosses her arms. "How can you say that?"

"My sister was killed," Leti replies dryly. "And it was all his fault."

"Zan?" Delrina offers.

"It was an attempt on his life. He had threatening letters- it was a warning that he blatantly ignored."

"How was he to know?"

"He didn't even attempt to heal her-" Leti gasps his voice trembling with tears. "He had the power to heal her and he did not. He just stood there-"

"Was he to risk his life and the lives of his family to save her?"

"Yes-"

Their conversation came to a sudden halt as the temple bells rang, announcing the arrival of their future king.

"We should go-" Leti replies as he turns back to the temple. Delrina follows close behind, with even more questions racing in her head.
