Antarian Legends  Part 3
Author:

Thanks, for all the fb. It means so much to me.

Author's note- this is the third part of my on going muse fic. Was
untitled, now it will be Antarian Legends.

As I said before this is a past fic. This is my version of what
happened on Antar before the pod squad was sent to Earth. The
characters in this fic are a combination of what we have seen on
screen and what we know about the royal four and their past lives.

I have also incorporated chracters based on Maria, Kyle, and Liz-
but, they are not Maria, Kyle, and Liz.

Muse #3-- Each fic must contain this line of dialogue and it must be spoken by a female character:

"Oh, I can't believe it's so big!"  ~~> I am adding a little variation to this one- either of these are acceptable for the word "big" - "large or grand"- and you may change "can't" to "can not". But that's it!

"There you are!" A booming voice echoes across the gardens. Ava, Delrina, and Leti glance towards the voice, Lord Weirs.

Ava studies him as he stands before them in long flowing gowns. His skin glowing softly in the fading light.

"Ava, my child-" he states firmly, walking closer to them. "We were starting to worry about you."

"I just arrived," she replies as he takes her hand and leads her away from the others.

"Very well-" he sighs as he looks at his students. "I see that you have met our top students."

"Yes," Ava replies as she smiles at Delrina and Leti.

"This way," Lord Weirs commands as Ava glances at the others and they both smile in response, giving her their silent encouragement to follow him. She nods, smiling weekly at them before she follows him in silence.

"These are the main gardens- often referred to as the enchanted gardens. They lead into the main temple-" His voice trails off as he continues to explain, giving her a tour of the estates.

The sun sets as they round up the tour, "and these shall be your chambers." He announces as they stop in front of a pair of large ornate door.

"Thank you-" she replies as he excuses himself leaving her to tend to her thoughts.

She sighs and walks out to the balcony. She takes a deep breath as her eyes rest on the outlines of the castle, the place that she shall soon call home.

"Oh, I can not believe it is so grand," she whispers in awe as she studies the castle.

He looks out the window and his gaze rests on the steeple of the temple. He sighs, wondering if he had made the right choice.

"Ava," he states softly.

"Ava again?"

He turns quickly, his gaze locking with his sisters, "Vilandra-"

"Zan," she groans. "If you mention that weak, helpless-"

"Londra!" He snaps as she rolls her eyes in response. "She is to be my wife, my queen."

"But, she is not your first choice-" She adds, a smile curling up at her lips as he body stiffens and he stares off into the distance. "Or have you forgotten about your precious, Lyla?"

"Get out!" He cries his eyes flashing with anger.

"If you wish, your majesty," she replies dryly as their gazes lock. The tension around them escalating, asthey continue to challenge each other.

"Zan?" a voice calls out breaking their heated gaze.

Zan relaxes at the sound of his voice, his second. "Rath-"

"Am I interpreting something?" He questions as he steps in between them, trying to size up the situation at hand.

"Not at all," Vilandra replies sharply looking once more at Zan. "Good night, dear brother-"

"Good night," Zan whispers harshly as she turns and leaves. "I do not know what to do with her! She has been so distant and cold."

"More like bitchy," Rath offers as Zan sighs.

"Why did everything have to change?" Zan whispers. "A  year ago, everything was so different-"

"And Lyla was alive."

Zan stiffens as her name lingers in the air, "yes. And I thought nothing could ever touch me- I was just a boy."

"Tragedy forces you to grow up-"

"In one night, I lost my true love, my sister, and my best friend-"

"What about me?" Rath teases as he tries to lighten the mood.

"You are the brother, that I never had-" Zan whispers. "I do not think I could have survived without your friendship- Londra has pushed me away. We are always at odds, she is more like a stranger to me then a sister and Leti-" Zan sighs as he closes his eyes. "Leti hates me, he blames me for everything."

"It was not your fault-" Rath protests.

"But, I should have protected her! She was my love, my life-" Zan cries. "Leti, has every right to blame me for his sisters death."

Zan curses to himself as he braces himself against the balcony as a silence overcomes them.

Rath notices Zan looking towards the temple with hope in his eyes. "Ava," Rath whispers to himself and gazes at Zan. "You have found Ava-"

"Yes, and maybe with her at my side, I can be the King I am suppose to be."
